CREG | U.S. Healthcare Investment Sales team is pleased to announce the sale of Southern Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine Clinic and the Premier Surgery Center, located in Brunswick, GA.

The two-building medical portfolio was 100% leased and consisted of a 16,300 SF Clinic and a 6,746 SF adjacent Surgery Center which was sold to a private equity firm for $9,700,000. 

The Clinic is fully occupied by the leading orthopedic practice in Southeast Georgia, Southern Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine (SOSM), and consists of five (5) orthopedic surgeons and eight (8) providers in total. The SOSM Clinic offers comprehensive musculoskeletal care, physical therapy, and imaging services.

The Premier Surgery Center features 2 ORs and offers surgical procedures in orthopedics, ophthalmology, urology, gynecology, podiatry, pain management, general surgery, and plastic surgery. Premier Surgery Center is a joint venture between Surgery Partners and practicing surgeons.
